Delete your TutorPal account and app data

The most complete deletion path is inside the TutorPal app after Google sign-in. It verifies that it is you, deletes account records TutorPal controls, and clears this device when the in-app deletion finishes.

Delete in the app

1 Open TutorPal and sign in with Google to the tutor account you want deleted.
2 Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Danger zone.
3 Choose Delete account and app data.
4 Confirm the warnings, type DELETE, and complete the Google confirmation.

What deletion covers

Your TutorPal account and sign-in record
Tutor profile, students, sessions, invoices, templates, and parent links
Synced account records and shared lesson or policy pages
App data on the device when deletion is completed from inside the app

If you cannot access TutorPal

Email privacy@bluesparrow.dev from the address linked to your TutorPal sign-in, or include that sign-in email in your message. Use the subject TutorPal account deletion request. We may ask for extra verification before deleting account data.

Billing and device notes

Deleting your TutorPal account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want future charges. A web request can delete account data TutorPal controls, but it cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have.

Deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
